Going it alone?
Most of what I do in coaching has less to do with the mechanics of dependency and more to do with the architecture of our mindsets.
That is where our greatest limitations reside.
Many of the struggles we face—in our lives, our marriages, or our businesses—originate from perspectives and behaviors we seldom question. When we don't examine the "why" behind our actions, it explains why our issues feel so repetitive.
The most significant challenges are often internal. They are mental loops that need a new perspective to break. This is why quality feedback from an experienced, objective listener is so vital.
That is exactly what I provide.
I also want to extend this support to those on the sidelines. If you are watching a friend or family member struggle, I am here for you, too.
Maybe you have a friend who’s spouse or son is struggling. I’m down for a conversation. Unloading some frustration may help. Perhaps they’re simply looking for a way forward.
Addiction is a lonely experience for everyone involved, and finding a truly safe place for conversation is rare. Unless someone has been through it, it’s difficult for them to provide the kind of input that heals without judgment.
If you or someone you care about needs support, shoot me a message. We’ll figure out the best way to help. I’m happy to connect and listen with no strings attached.
Tim
PS—Whether it’s you or a friend, you don’t have to go it alone.
